Caprese, buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, basil,

 extra virgin olive oil

 

+Beet Salad, goat cheese, arugula, toasted walnuts,

 white balsamic vinaigrette

 

Ricotta Ravioli, in a crabmeat tarragon cream sauce

 

+Zucca, butternut squash ravioli, butter, sage, toasted walnuts & grated parmigiano reggiano

Second Course

Filet of Sole, dipped in an egg & cheese batter and pan fried, grape tomatoes, capers, garlic, lemon wine sauce and served over

 sautéed spinach

 

Chicken Rollettine, stuffed with prosciutto, asparagus and mozzarella, breaded and pan fried, served in a Marsala wine sauce, with roasted vegetables

 

Lobster Ravioli, served in a mascarpone cream sauce, with lobster meat, peas, corn, leeks and grated parmigiano reggiano

 

Manzo, sliced and seared filet mignon, served with a plum tomato, garlic, oregano sauce, served with homemade fusilli

 

Lamb Osso Buco, lamb shank slow braised in a port wine sauce, served with assorted mushrooms risotto
